REPRESENTATION AND DIRECTORSHIP
We’ll take a leadership role throughout the property lifecycle. You’ll receive advice on organisational structure, project governance, procurement of the consultant team and construction contracts. We’ll also attend PCG, steering, user group and board meetings, if needed.
We facilitate consenting, contract administration, certification and titling management.
We provide a detailed implementation bar-chart, and review contract time lines to include a critical path analysis. We manage multiple contracts, ensuring interdependencies are aligned.
We manage contract forms and special conditions. We’ll assemble contract documents and provide advice through the project lifecycle. We also provide technical expertise where necessary, and for disputed matters.
We provide regular reporting to ensure you’re 100% aware across the project detail, and are confident with the progress.
We conduct site assessment, master planning and bulk and location assessment, and feasibility analysis. We’ll develop a consenting strategy with all stakeholders, including relevant government agencies. Our team manages design and assessment studies, coordinates marketing material, develops lease strategies and lease template development, plus reporting. We also take care of finance processes, including drawdowns, management of the sales and leasing process, and tenancy coordination.
We set deliverables – and we stick to them. You’ll have gate reviews and coordination workshops, plus have access to a timeline for monitoring and managing progress.
We’ll create a project budget, review gateway estimates and establish a scope change process. We monitor variations regularly and report against contingency; we ensure accurate reporting.
We proactively identify and manage risks through the property lifecycle – you’ll want limited surprises.
We evaluate your contract to assess outcomes against project deliverables and quality. We’ll help you prove your success and identify valuable project learnings.
We’ll create a fit-out manual, monitor the design, plus manage consenting and the fit-out process. Your bonds, compliance insurances and other administrative obligations are managed, too.
We’ll give you a strategy for contract delivery, and we’ll manage comprehensive government procurement processes.
You’ll gain robust value management processes to ensure your project is managed within budget.
